The room was far too noisy with no insulation. The radiators did not work, forcing us to rely on a noisy air conditioner. I was also frustrated by the limited breakfast options, which left me feeling unfulfilled.

The location was optimal downtown proximity very central! Breakfast was good. We didn't miss anything. The rooms were okay and the beds were very comfortable!
Right on the street very loud in the evening when you sleep with the windows open. Very warm in the room Air conditioning was probably defective or not connected.

The location is awesome, just a short walk to the Grand Place and the Musée Royaux des Beaux-Arts. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast had a good variety. Plus, the air conditioning worked great, especially during the hot weather.
One of our friends found the pillows a bit small, made sleeping not as comfortable as it could have been.

The location is excellent, many small restaurants in the area. If I'm not mistaken, the hotel plays a leading role in Menasse's novel The Capital.
No air conditioning in the room and too loud to open the window. But very good soundproofing when the window is closed.

Our stay was a fantastic experience as we explored various attractions nearby. The breakfast buffet was bountiful and fresh, offering great variety to kickstart our days. We also appreciated the quiet end of the hotel, which made it easier to relax after visiting places like Manneken Pis and the Royal Palace. Plus, the staff's willingness to accommodate our needs was a lovely touch.
